I am Anastasia Marchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. Faunula is my own brand: I design and write every pattern on this site, and these terms are between you and me.

What you may do with a pattern

The toys you make from a Faunula pattern are yours to keep, give or sell. The pattern itself is for your personal use: please do not share, copy or resell it, in print or as a file. The same goes for my pictures: when you sell a toy, show a photo of the one you made.

This is true of free patterns as well as paid ones.

Buying a pattern

A paid pattern is a PDF you download, not a finished toy, and nothing is posted to you. One purchase includes every language and every paper size the pattern is published in, and every later version is yours at no extra cost.

Orders are handled by my online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, charges any tax, issues your receipt and makes refunds, under its buyer terms. When a refund is due is set out in the refund policy.

Safety

A handmade toy has not been safety-tested. A pattern that uses safety eyes says so, and such a toy is not for children under three. If you sell the toys you make, meeting your country’s toy-safety rules is up to you.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version applies to purchases made after it is published here.
