Refunds

A Faunula pattern is a PDF, and a file you have downloaded cannot be given back. So once the download has started, a purchase is not refunded. At checkout you agree that the file is yours at once, and that with it the 14-day right to cancel ends, as the law allows for digital content. A bundle is one purchase: once any of its files is downloaded, the download has started.

Before you download

Changed your mind before downloading? Write to me within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund.

If something is wrong

If the file does not arrive, does not open, or is not the pattern you bought, write to me and I put it right: a new link, a corrected file, or a refund.

If you find a mistake in a pattern, tell me: I correct it, and the corrected version is yours at no extra cost.
